I'm unsure about sizing. Can you help?

We know shopping online can be tricky! We include a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring yourself before ordering. If you're in between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We want your checkout to be smooth and easy. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, and JCB. All payments are securely processed via Stripe to ensure your data is safe.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, but you need to act fast! We only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing the order. After that window, your order is likely already being processed or shipped. Please email [email protected] immediately if you need to make a change.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We’re hoping to expand to other countries in the future, so stay tuned!

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $59.00 or more. If your order is under $59.00, we have a flat shipping rate of just $6.99.

How long does shipping take?

For Standard Shipping, it typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive. If you need it faster, our Expedited Shipping takes just 1–3 business days.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is packed and shipped (usually within 1–3 business days), we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can simply click on it to follow your package's journey in real-time.

What if I changed my mind or ordered the wrong size?

We want you to love your look! If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.

(Note: For sizing issues or personal preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility).

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Oh no, we are so sorry about that! Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days with a quick photo of the damage. We will make it right immediately by sending you a free replacement or issuing a full refund. You won't have to pay for return shipping in this case.
