Returns & Refunds

We hope you love everything you order from Donkari—but we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. If you have a problem with sizing, change your mind, or an unusual product, we're here to help.

1. Return Window & Conditions

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it (with original tags attached if possible).

2. Return Shipping Costs

To ensure fairness, return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: We pay for it. We will promptly give a prepaid return label or a complete refund if we made a mistake or the item came damaged.

  • Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: Customer responsibility. If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

3. Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Email Us: Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected].

  • Give Information: Provide the reason for the return along with your order number. To expedite the process, if the item is damaged, kindly provide a brief photo or video.

  • Approval: After reviewing your request, we will respond with instructions and the return address within 24 hours (one business day).

  • Ship It: Carefully package the item and mail it back to us.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: We will send you an email once we have your return and check it. If your request is approved, your refund will be sent back to the same payment method within seven business days.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.

Exchanges: Need a different size or color? The fastest option is to send back the item you have now and then buy a new one separately if the return is accepted. Or just get in touch with us, and we'll walk you through the steps.

6. Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
